Thank you for choosing Rainy Day Sound Labs. Every pickup is hand-wound and tested in our Mahomet, IL shop to ensure it meets our rigorous quality standards.
1. Processing & Lead Times

In-Stock Items: Orders for in-stock products typically ship within 2–3 business days.

Built-to-Order: For custom sets or items not currently in stock, please allow 7–14 business days for manufacturing before your order is dispatched.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic (USA): We offer standard USPS shipping for all orders. Orders of $100 or more qualify for Free Standard Shipping.

International: We currently ship to select international markets (including Canada, UK, Japan, Australia, and parts of Europe). Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Rainy Day Sound Labs is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
3. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We are able to ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS. Please ensure your address is entered correctly to avoid delivery delays.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Damages & Lost Packages
Rainy Day Sound Labs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
6. Local Pickup
At this time, we do not offer a public storefront for local pickup. All orders must be placed through the online store and shipped to your designated address.
