The RDSL Workmanship Promise Rainy Day Sound Labs is a small, dedicated operation. We don't hide behind complex legalese. Here is the deal:

• Defects: If a product fails due to a defect in materials or our workmanship, we will repair or replace it for the original owner, free of charge. Period.

• The "Life Happens" Policy: If you accidentally damage a pickup during installation (it happens to the best of us) or want to modify it later, reach out. We offer repair and rewind services at a reasonable bench rate to get you back up and running.

Installation & Safety Electronics require care. We recommend professional installation if you are not comfortable with a soldering iron.

• Please Note: Our guarantee covers the product as it left our "Lab." We cannot cover damage caused by improper installation, modification, or standard wear and tear (like rusting pole pieces from sweat).
